Tenant - Landlord Legal Disputes

Despite your best efforts, sometimes a nasty legal dispute can happen between you and your tenant. When this happens, emotions tend to run high and logic flies out the window. 

I have unfortunately seen my fair share of these scenarios play out - but the good news is that they can be resolved! I have found that an experienced agent can serve as a great middle person and ultimately resolve the conflict.

I am happy to support landlords in these situations. I have the ability to chat with the landlord and the tenant, understand what is really going on, and come up with a reasonable solution for all without attorneys involved.

I have found that certain things happen every time an attorney is involved:

• More money is lost than needed (typically by both sides)

• More time is lost than needed

• Both sides become stressed out and angry and it bleeds into other parts of their lives

• No one wins

I say this from my experiences watching multiple disputes unfold over the last 6 years. And yes, I believe in virtually every scenario attorneys were completely avoidable.
