Once I have a high-level understanding of your property, timeline, needs and goals, I begin analyzing the price range and sales price for your property. I take an investment centric approach for sales, meaning I look at existing data (active, under agreement and recently sold) as well as historical data and my own on-the-ground experience with your property location and property features. From there I'll give you a sales range that I believe your property will sell at with a high degree of confidence, as well as my initial recommended sales price. Why does Sage’s investment expertise matter in home sales?

Cambridge, Somerville, and the surrounding neighborhoods in Greater Boston are unique markets because they are extremely resilient and highly desirable. Property values are always growing, even in down times. Due to this environment, there is a diverse mix of potential buyers ranging from residential home buyers to investors and developers.
