This buyer client had a very clear vision of what she was looking for and she found it with unit 309 at 97 Elmwood St. The challenge was there was a number of things with the unit itself that wasn’t quite right.

Because the condo was sitting for a while, we were able to use that leverage in our favor and ultimately we negotiated a number of changes to the unit to make the property to her liking.

This transaction was challenging as a lot of the changes we negotiated did not happen in the timeline we expected, but through perseverance we ultimately got to a great finished product.
