I worked with a long time landlord client of mine in the sale of his property. This landlord had been living on the west coast and using a local friend to manage the property. As time went on, the property was getting harder and harder to maintain and the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze.

At the same time, he had purchased a while ago and his property had appreciated many hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

In this particular scenario, it made sense to cash out and we were able to sell very quickly at a great price point in a week.
