This client was going through a challenging personal time with some family health issues coming up overseas. At the same time his property was experiencing some significant challenges which ultimately impacted his current tenants. 

With my help, we were able to fix his property and tenant challenges while he handled his family health issues. 

And ultimately we prepared the property for sale and negotiated a record sales price for a 2-family in Malden at the time in less than a week. Ultimately my client was extremely happy with the sales price and terms and at the same time was glad to get out of a very challenging situation where he needed to focus his energy elsewhere.
