This seller had lived in his condo for many years in Cambridge, but as he got older was spending more and more time in Europe. 

It was time to sell the property and we worked closely together, along with his existing tenants who were living there at the time of the sale, to properly prepare the home for sale.

With a lot of coordination, we were able to paint the home in the best light possible and ultimately we received about 10 offers on this property. We ultimately leveraged offers against each other and were able to sell the condo for about $100k more than asking, well above what the seller had expected. 

One of my takeaways with this deal is just having a few offers in hand, can be all the difference when it comes to a negotiation and ultimately getting a really great final sales price. Congrats to the seller on this one and I hope you are enjoying your retirement in Europe!
