This was a Cambridge condo investment property that my seller clients were hoping to sell as they received a new job and were planning to move out of the Cambridge area. 

This was a relatively small 2 bed 1 bath condo that was really more of a 1 bed plus office. Similar comps in the area for 1 beds were selling in the low $600s. 

Luckily we were able to generate a lot of hype for this listing with the excellent photos and a multi-pronged marketing campaign. The result was well over 50 attendees at the open houses and ultimately 10 offers.

After a lot of back and forth we were able to drive up the final sales price to $710,000, a very high price in my opinion given the size and location of the unit.
