Some of my nicest clients of all time worked with me to purchase this beautiful single family in Dedham. 

These clients knew what they were looking for - a large yard to garden, a nice space for entertaining, a great kitchen area for cooking, on a nice quiet street. We spent many, many months looking for properties that weren’t quite the right fit, but our patience paid off when we came across this one.

The challenge here was we weren’t the only ones who recognized the potential for this property. This was a multi-offer situation with many other competitive offers coming in. I got on the phone with the list agent and determined where we needed to be in terms of both price AND terms to ultimately win for my clients, which we did. 

As a buyer, it’s critical you work with a buyer’s agent who can get on the phone and figure out what it takes to actually get the home you want. If you don’t have a buyer’s agent who can do that for you, you risk losing years of life losing dream home after dream home.
