My buyer client for this one was looking to buy a single family in Malden, walking distance to a T stop in the mid to high $600s. A very competitive price point for the Malden area. 

We looked at a number of properties before identifying this gem - with a nice kitchen and large lot and great location. The only challenge was buyer interest was extremely high. 

This deal required a ton of back and forth with the list agent to ultimately get the deal done, but with a ton of patience and coordination with my client, we were able to beat out more than a half dozen other offers and ultimately get him the property he wanted in budget.
